Personalised Christmas Eve box surrounded by swizzles sweets

With Christmas season arriving super soon, it’s time to go shopping! If you’re someone who likes to put in a teeny bit more effort into your gifts, and really want to try and attempt to bring a smile on everyone’s faces with your thoughtful gift, a personalised gift is a great idea.

Monogram Hoodie

Monogrammed hoodies are the simplest, easiest way to give that blah Christmas gift a ‘wow’ factor. Not only will it be incredibly useful (with the winter right in), but will also be an effortless yet special Christmas gift.

Personalised Sweets

Chocolates and sweets are the perfect no-fail gift idea if you’re someone who tends to get confused when it comes to buying Christmas presents. And of course, who wouldn’t love taking their taste buds for a sweet ride? Personalised sweets can truly be one of the best Christmas gifting options for literally anyone, young or old. Swizzels has a collection of some really cool personalised sweets and personalised sweet hampers. Plus, you’ll also find budget friendly options, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan available.

Keyring With a Twist

A personalised key ring is also a lovely gift for most ages and I’ve bought these in the past for parents and grandparents with Lucas’ handprints on. You can go for ones with initials, a photo one or even a handprint of a loved one on it.

Personalised Jewellery

Looking to take things up a notch with your gift? Personalised jewellery is the way to go! Even if you aren’t opting for precious metals, simply customising a bracelet or a necklace with a message or initials can lend your gift that incredibly special feel.
You can also get a bit creative here, maybe create an amalgamation of your names if it is a gift to your partner, or have the coordinates where you first met engraved on the jewellery. You could also get handprint jewellery too.

Monogram Candles/Soaps

If you’re looking for something that isn’t that hard to find, and speaks of sophistication and elegance, opt for monogrammed candles or soaps. You’ll find tons of options to choose from through small businesses who have their Instagram pages or even on Etsy. I got my brother and sister in law a personalised candle as part of their wedding gift which they love.

Personalised Socks

Who doesn’t love fuzzy socks? And there’s actually nothing better than gifting someone a pair of customised socks with a picture of their pet (or their own photo) on them. It doesn’t just turn out to be an excellent keepsake but can be a really quirky and fun Christmas gift for that friend who always makes you laugh.

Personalised Santa sack

To finish your gifts off perfectly, you could get a personalised Christmas sack or gift box. I have a personalised Christmas Eve box for Lucas and a sack for both Lucas and D’s presents on Christmas Day.

  1. I have always loved personalised pressies, I think it shows you have made just that little bit extra effort in getting something made just for them

  2. There are some great ideas here. I’m not keen on children wearing clothes with their first names on – we tell them not to speak to strangers, and if somebody addresses them by name they don’t seem like a stranger, so a monogram rather than a name on the hoody is a great idea. But better still is the treasure chest, what child doesn’t want their own secret box, especially if it’s crammed with sweets?

  3. Personalised gifts make it all more special. My sister in law is a big kid & loves sweets so she would love this!

  4. This would be a lovely gift. Although my Hubby is terrible when it comes to sneaking sweets so it may not be a full present by the time he’s finished!

  5. All of these sweets take me back to my childhood days, I’d be found in the sweet shop at, the weekends, spending my pocket money on them & trying not to eat them all at once.

  6. This sweet hamper is amazing. I always forget about personalised gifts when buying gifts, thank you for sharing these great ideas
