Lucas on the train playing bingo

After spending the last few months travelling and moving to France, I’ve been on the look out for games that are good to keep us occupied whilst waiting around airports and won’t get lost if we play on the train or plane. Lucas loves playing bingo and we have previously had lots of use out of our travel bingo game, however we lost a couple of pieces whilst we were on the move so we can’t play it anymore.

I’ve recently been introduced to the Take ‘N’ Play range from Interplay. There are 8 games in the range and we were sent Bingo for our journey. It was great for whilst we were at the airport and we played on the train too.

The tin keeps the pieces in safe and it’s small enough to pop in Lucas’ bag if we go on a day out too. The tin is magnetic and comes apart to make two bingo boards. There is a spinner for using to choose the animals which you land on and the magnetic counters are a nice big size for little fingers to play with. The only downside to it, is there aren’t enough counters to do a full house but it’s fine for playing first to get a line of five.

Take n play draughts and five second rule Jr

The lovely people of at Wire PR have offered to give one lucky winner the chance to win Draughts from the Take ‘N’ Play range and also Five Second Rule Jr. Five Second Rule Jr is a junior version of the popular party game. It seems like it would be easy to name three flavours of ice cream but can you do it under pressure? You have to be quick, so just say whatever comes to mind and risk silly answers slipping out….because that would be funny, and we all like to laugh!

  1. Bingo is in my families blood lol! This would be super to help teach my Niece about animals & play Bingo all at once.

  2. Games can be great fun. Entertaining and interaction can help unite family, friends, neighbours, etc. Christmas Time, and Boxing Day can be popular times to play board games, etc.

  3. Thank you for the post and giveaway. I find the choice of games for gifting quite overwhelming so it’s always helpful to read reviews first.
