We were recently sent* a couple of products from the Wicked Uncle website for Lucas to try out. As the weather has been so hit and miss, I decided to choose products that would be good for keeping us busy inside the house. I have previously worked with Wicked Uncle, having reviewed a John Deere ATV a couple of years ago. Wicked Uncle have gifts for children of all ages from babies to teens. On their website you select whether you are looking for a boy or girl and their age. The search results come up with various gifts suitable in prices to suit all budgets. It is so simple to use!
I ordered the Hape Mighty Hammer Domino set and Choc on Choc lollipop set. I thought this would be fun for a day at home, making some chocolate lollies and challenging each other with the dominoes.
Hape Mighty Hammer Domino set
The Mighty Hammer Domino set is to ‘design your own exciting and dynamic game with different ball tracks, transparent tunnel, wheel and the mighty hammer. Set the dominoes in motion and watch as they release a wooden ball and unleash the mighty robot hammer. With the 59 parts, there’s movement and surprises at every stage as the dominoes knock on with the fascinating chain reaction.’ I have to be honest and say we didn’t last long playing this. It takes so long to set up and before you know it, you are back to setting it up again. I passed it on to one of Lucas’ friends to see if she enjoyed it anymore and unfortunately she didn’t.
Choc on Choc lollipop set
We did, however, love the choc lolly set! Lucas really enjoyed being independent with pouring the chocolate buttons and putting it in the microwave before spooning it out onto the animal shaped mould. The chocolate didn’t disappoint either, it is so tasty! Choc on Choc pride themselves on the superb high quality of their Belgian chocolate. I love that the mould is reusable for us to use again and again, rather than single use plastic.
I loved looking around on the Wicked Uncle website again, they have such a variety of products for all ages and budgets.
What a fun idea and I love that you can buy a set to make them! My daughters would certainly be up for this on a rainy day 🙂
Ahhh this is a lovely thing to do – I always keep a stash of these sort of things to do on a rainy day. Will have to get some of these for my daughter.
Ahh I love Wicked Uncle! They have so many fab products and the lolly kit would be a big hit here!
A perfect rainy day activity – even better when they result in getting to eat lots of tasty chocolate! Love that pic!
The choc lolly looks very tasty. Love the activities here.

Yeah … I want one of those sets! The lollipops are huge! Love it!
What a fab activity to do and the results look fab. I love your chocolate lollys xx
I love the idea of the chocolate lolly set. I am sure any child would be happy with this and it is great that the moulds are reusable.
