It’s Lucas’ Christening tomorrow and as we are combining it with his birthday, I am making up party bags. Well, I say making up but luckily I have a party pack which includes party bags, however they are only suitable for over 3s.

The party bag contains 1 Jungle Animal Pop Up, 1 Sneaky Snake, Click & View Camera that shows an animal picture and a Flump which is from Party Bags and Supplies. I have also added a box of Annabel Karmel raisins to it.

Party bag for first birthday

As the toys that where supplied in the bags aren’t suitable for under 3 year olds, I added a box of Annabel Karmel raisins and swapped the toys for a magic colouring book and a bottle of bubbles. I bought both from Party Packs which have a great selection of party bag fillers specifically for under 3s which I have found a lot of companies seem to forget. The colouring books are only 20p each, the bubbles are personalised and cost £3.54 for 6 bottles.

I absolutely love the idea of these, I can’t wait until Emily is bigger to be able to put together party bags for her! x

Some really good ideas here. We didn’t do party bags but just gave each child a piece of cake and a colouring book.
