Alice from Living with a Jude has tagged me to answer a few questions about our year

What was the highlight of 2016?

Seeing Lucas develop, starting to crawl then walk and now beginning to talk

Name one thing you are most likely to remember about 2016 if asked in five years time?

Most probably nothing, I have a useless memory and I know huge things about this year eg. Brexit, Trump etc won’t be remembered by me for being 2016.

Sum up 2016 in one word.

Exciting, I have started a new job and I am monetising my blog, both of which are helping me spend the majority of my week looking after Lucas and being around him for his milestones

Name one pearl of wisdom from 2016 that you will carry with you through 2017.

This isn’t particularly a pearl of wisdom from 2016 but to remember what is important and makes you happy. I don’t need a lot of money, expensive items or holidays to make me happy. I’m at my happiest relaxing at home with D and Lucas.

Do you have any new year resolutions?

No, I don’t make new year resolutions.

How are you seeing in the new year?

At home with D and possibly Lucas if he is awake with a bottle of processco and playing cards

What would you most like to do in 2017?

Take Lucas to see some new places, we are planning on going camping which I am really looking forward to

What are your main goals for 2017?

Decorating the whole of the house. I’m starting with our bedroom in January

What are your new years resolutions?

Adventures in Tea and Cake
