I’ve been meaning to link up to the Living Arrows project for a while and keep forgetting but I’m hoping this will be one I continue with each week as somewhere to keep photos of Lucas.

Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

This photo is from New Years Eve. Lucas’ sleep pattern has completely messed up over Christmas with his routines changing and going to get togethers in the evenings. I was hoping for a relax with D and watching a film but Lucas had other ideas. He stayed up until about 10, moving cards in and out of the pack.

Christmas, children and routines just don’t mix do they. We had to get up for the school run this morning for the first time in 2 weeks and it was tough ! #livingarrows

I’ve always found that big events – like Christmas – really mess up the children’s routines. Thanks so much for linking up! x

I think we’re probably one of the only people where N was mostly still in bed at the normal time. Although his 6am wake ups were not appreciated. #livingarrows

You couldn’t be cross at that cheeky smile though! And his hair, I love it. Glad that you’ll be joining in, looking forward to seeing how Lucas changes.
