If you haven’t seen a happy days post before, it is where I focus on the good things that have happened throughout the week instead of getting bogged down by negativity

  • It has been my birthday, it was my day off work anyway so I had a chilled day with Lucas (he was actually a bit of a pain all day haha but this is happy days so not focussing on that) and we went round to my parents for tea.
  • We had our bedroom decorated, it is a beautiful floral paper, I am blogging about it soon with before and after pics but I adore it.
  • I received some beautiful rainbow inspired flowers from Bloom and Wild
  • I’m looking forward to the weekend, I am seeing friends on Saturday and D and I are going on a date on Sunday, my Mum is having Lucas whilst we go for cocktails and an italian

Happy days bloom and wild zara
My lillies are still in bud so I’ve grabbed this off the Bloom and Wild website

  1. Happy birthday Jenni, sounds like you had a lovely day despite Lucas’ little tantrums 🙂 it’s typical, isn’t it? I took a day off work on my birthday last year so that I could have lunch with a friend and then Leo came down with an awful cold and was feverish all day so instead of a lovely relaxing lunch, I spent nursing him – I did enjoy him being clingy and needing lots of cuddles though 🙂 xx #HappyDaysLinky
