I have recently been treated to some new clothes from Rydale. Inspired by a true passion for country lifestyle, John Nichols began a lifelong project to create the pinnacle of country and outdoor clothing with the support of his family. I immediately headed to the dress section and picked the cayton bay striped t-shirt dress. It is the perfect lightweight summer dress, in stretch cotton and A-line shape it is comfortable, yet still stylish which is what you want when you have a young child to be playing with in the garden. It is available in french blue and navy, I opted for the navy.
The next dress I went for is one I think you can dress up or down, depending on how you accessorise and where you are going. It is so incredibly summery, the jasmine tie dress in daisy blue. It has a relaxed fit and adjustable tie, either wear tied round to create that hourglass figure or wear with no belt for a more relaxed look. With small capped sleeves, a round neckline and a simple over the head take on and off style.
To finish off both outfits for a casual look, I opted for some canvas trainers. Available in 4 colours and patterns, I stuck to navy and white to go with anything. They have a durable canvas outer, a grippy rubber sole and contrasting laces. They are very comfortable to wear and are easy to pop on whether I’m wearing jeans, shorts or a dress.
Everyone needs a hat in Summer! Protect your hair, face and eyes from the sunshine and get yourself a beautifully stylish hat. I got the Anna II hat in khaki, it is available in 4 colours. Designed with a striking band to offer the perfect finishing touch and rated at UPF 50+ for excellent protection from the sun.
I also picked a couple of hessian shopping bags which are available in 6 colours and patterns. These strong, durable and re-usable shopper bags are versatile and incredibly handy. They fold down flat for easy storage when not in use, and can help you get your shopping home in style.
