This year I am on a mission to redecorate the whole house, well at least I was until my hours were cut at work. Now I think it will have to wait. Before that happened though I decorated our bedroom, in fact as I type this my Uncle is upstairs, very kindly putting my furniture together. I have opted for a beautiful soft powder blue wallpaper adorned with cherry pink flowers and subtly glittered ornamental detailing and etched birds. I am complementing it with silver curtains and plain bedding.
I’ve mentioned before that I love cashback sites and sales so I was really happy when I found https://www.myfavouritevouchercodes.co.uk/House-of-Fraser offering up to 65% discount on House of Fraser homeware. I think I am pretty good at not wasting money but having my wages decrease now, I am going to have to be extra careful. So rather than moving on to the next room to decorate, I’m going to dream…
My bedroom is pretty and calming. I would love the spare room to be brighter…

Lexon flip alarm clock, £25. An award winning product from British designers Jeremy and Adrian Wright, the clock is an ingenious, yet simple concept. When the top of the alarm clock says on, the alarm is set. When the alarm sounds in the morning just flip the clock over and the alarm will turn off. It will then say off on top of the clock.. Simple! The digital display also flips over when the clock is turned so it is always the right way up. The light button which illuminates the screen for a few seconds works on both sides of the clock and it has that all important snooze function (5 minutes). The case of the alarm clock is made from rubber so it has a pleasing soft feel and it is available in black, blue and red.
