A few weeks ago whilst I was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram, a sponsored ad came up with a ‘Happy’ T-shirt and I immediately wanted one. It’s designed by Pickle London, who until I saw the ad, I hadn’t heard of, so that shows that sponsored ads work!

I popped over to their website and they have so many gorgeous designs, I’m going to get a hoody when it’s closer to Winter but for now I just bought myself one of the Happy T-shirt’s.

I was really impressed when I spotted that Pickle London donate £5 from every Happy sweatshirt and £2.50 from every Happy T-shirt to Mind Charity to help continue the amazing work they do for Mental Health Awareness. I bought the rainbow and charcoal T-shirt which I absolutely love and it is so comfy! It washes really well too.

I also received a Little Happy Book in my parcel which I thought would make a nice little giveaway. Use the Little Happy Book inspirational quotes and gratitude journalling when you need a mood boost! If you would like the chance to win it, enter below. Good luck!
