A few weeks ago whilst I was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram, a sponsored ad came up with a ‘Happy’ T-shirt and I immediately wanted one. It’s designed by Pickle London, who until I saw the ad, I hadn’t heard of, so that shows that sponsored ads work!

I’m standing in the beach with a pier behind me. I’m wearing the rainbow Happy T-shirt, jeans and black wellies

I popped over to their website and they have so many gorgeous designs, I’m going to get a hoody when it’s closer to Winter but for now I just bought myself one of the Happy T-shirt’s.

I was really impressed when I spotted that Pickle London donate £5 from every Happy sweatshirt and £2.50 from every Happy T-shirt to Mind Charity to help continue the amazing work they do for Mental Health Awareness. I bought the rainbow and charcoal T-shirt which I absolutely love and it is so comfy! It washes really well too.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. Their Infoline offers callers confidential help for the price of a local call. Their Legal Line provides information on mental health related law to the public, service users, family members/carers, mental health professionals and mental health advocates. Their award-winning publications and website are now certified by the Information Standard.

A stripy coloured notebook with white writing saying little happy book

I also received a Little Happy Book in my parcel which I thought would make a nice little giveaway. Use the Little Happy Book inspirational quotes and gratitude journalling when you need a mood boost! If you would like the chance to win it, enter below. Good luck!

  1. That would be a great prize for my daughter . She’s one of those wonderful people who are born happy

  2. Rainbows and Mental health are two things close to my heart, will be having a look on the site

  3. Truly Womderful prize. Happiness is Important. My Mum’s friends would often wish us :- Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Wellbeing is Important. According to media recently it seems that Wellneing is at risk of damage / being diminished :- Probably due to modern living / lifestyles. Overuse of technology has been implicated. Seems some are never without their /a mobile phone. Make frequent use of mobile phone. May be true. As there is evidence all around us :- As people make use of their mobile phones. Some will have conversations with other members of public around. So conversation, as well as ring tone, etc :- Noise from mobile phone,/ mobile phone user can be disturbing / distracting to others. I don’t want to hear other people’s conversations (many others may feel the same).

Peace and Quiet would be Nice. It would allow people to rest / recharge / recuperate. I can recall my Mum often saying ” All I want is a bit of peace”.

“Peace be with you” is said and wished for between congregation within many churches. I think Peace would be beneficial for our Wellbeing, degree of Happiness (or stress, distress, depression. As noise, disturbances, distractions may negatively impact on Health, Happiness, Wellbeing).

    Peace be with you all.

  4. Like the wellingtons. Wondering what brand they are, and where I might be able to acquire a pair. I like the colour, as quite classic :- Navy matches / blends in with jeans, etc.

Also the wellingtons look like they are designed well for practical purpose of getting them on and off smoothly / easily. I would appreciate information regarding where I could source a pair for myself. Thank -you for any assistance given.

  5. Books like these are wonderful to leave on the bedside cabinet to pick up when there are difficult days to get through.

  6. I love the t-shirt and book. I know they say Happy on them but they just look so bright and cheery and fun. A lovely way to uplift anyone’d mood and helps towards a brilliant charity.
