I have been given the Detomaso Chronograph mens watch to review . The first thing that impressed me was how the watch was packaged. A sturdy black box was covered by a black Detomaso sleeve, on opening the box I was greeted with a stunning gun metal case, inside was a comfy foam bed in which the watch sat. On the face of the watch was a see through cover to protect it. A guarantee card is inside for you to put your personal details for the two year warranty. There is also a comprehensive instruction booklet in many different languages to assist you set the time, date and seconds, how to look after and maintain the watch as well as changing the battery when it eventually runs out.
Now onto the watch itself, the watch is a much welcome addition to any man’s wardrobe. The Detomaso Milano’s elegance gives a great finishing touch to an outfit, wether it be for business meetings, functions to social occasions you will be certain to raise a glass confidently. A stylish looking Chronograph timepiece with a mineral glass encased silver dual / face and a gold casting. The casing diameter is 40mm and the casing height 14 mm held together by a beautiful tan leather wristband which is 24cm long with a 20mm width with a buckle strap. The watch has a quartz movement and feels great to wear and is comfortable and lightweight weighing in at 54g. There are many features to this analogue display watch, it is water resistant to 5 bar although I’m not sure how durable the leather wristband would be after coming into sustained contact with water. There is also a stopwatch facility, date, weekday display and separate seconds display. All of these wonderful characteristics are powered by precise Swiss manufacturer ISA.
