What Lucas Wore #35 – Blade and Rose

April 26, 2017 by Jenni 105 Comments

PR Sample

Blade and Rose rainbow set

Blade and Rose sent* Lucas a pair of their incredibly bright rainbow leggings, £10 and a multi coloured top, £12.95. I love this range and especially like the hat which unfortunately is only available up to 12 months. I would love to see this is bigger sizes as Lucas is hat mad.

Blade and Rose

Now, this outfit certainly isn’t for the faint hearted. It actually took me a week to get it on Lucas! I left it on the side so he could see if as to begin with he refused point blank to put it on. After a week I managed to put the top on and paired it with some navy trousers. Lucas accepted this and looked quite impressed with himself when he went over to the mirror.

Blade and rose rainbow leggings

As we were about to leave the house, Lucas kept asking to go back upstairs. I relented and went to see what he needed to go out with and he went straight to the leggings and started pulling his trousers off! I put the leggings on and he kept rubbing his legs smiling. It’s safe to say he loves the outfit now, just needed a little time to get into the brightness.

Blade and rose childrenswear

I love the outfit, the top, available in 3 months to 4 years, is beautifully soft and washes incredibly well, the size and colour remained perfect. The leggings are a lovely combed cotton with a colourful rain cloud on the bum, available in 0 months to 4 years.
