This week is all about nightwear. Lucas has always needed smaller sleepsuits than his clothes for some reason. He is now 13 months but is still wearing 9-12 month clothes and has only just grown out of his 6-9 month sleepsuits. I bought him some new sleep suits from BHS, they have an offer on for buy one pack of three suits and get another pack for half price. I bought him one pack in 9-12 months and one in 12-18 months as I wanted to get him some proper pjs as well. The 9-12 month ones are way too big for him still, he trips over the legs so needs them rolling up. I’ve got a feeling he won’t be wearing the 12-18 until winter.

Lucas loves Mickey Mouse so I had to buy him these pjs from Tesco, they were £8 for a pack of two. I got them in 12-18 months as I didn’t think it would matter if they are too big at the moment as they don’t have the feet in for him to trip over.

10 Comments on What Lucas Wore #21 – Nightwear

  1. Arwwwww I love it! My kids are both epically tall so that they need aged up pj’s to their actually age and then we have issues as the torso’s dont match their leg sizes. PJ nightmare in our house! Thank you for sharing #WeekendTotStyle

  2. PJ’s are the most important part of a wardrobe I think! I’m always in them when I’m at home with no where to go. Lucas’ PJ’s are so cute. I love onesies. I’m keeping baby girl in hers for as long as I can and she’s nearly 2 x

  3. I always look in BHS but never find anything for Joey, probably because he’s nearly 2. I love buying pj’s and I love the designs you’ve picked up from BHS, summery colours. We love a bit of Mickey Mouse in our house too #weekendtotstyle #funkykidfriday

  4. I love BHS for kids clothes, I love that they still do the Tammy girl range which is perfect for my daughter. He looks so cute in his mickey pjs too #weekendtotstyle

  5. It’s interesting that the smaller sizes still fit – there’s hope we’ll get more wear out of some of our little one’s clothes after all 🙂

  6. Yay for pyjamas! My favourite thing to wear! I love the car print sleep suit – the print and colours are fab. And how cool are the Mickey Mouse jammis? Who doesn’t love Mickey Mouse?! Thanks so much for linking up and hope you had a great weekend 🙂 #weekendtotstyle

  7. Those sleepsuits are lovely – I especially like the stripey one. I’ve always had the opposite problem with my boys though in that they’ve both worn sleepsuits and vests in asize bigger than the rest of their clothes. Gabe isn’t quite 8 months and is wearing 9-12 month sleepsuits! They both have really long bodies though so usually the arms and legs are too long on them. Maybe I should just give in and buy pyjamas! #FunkyKidFriday
