Revolución De Cuba Manchester review

Revolución de Cuba Manchester is a stunning two floor cocktail bar and cantina just off Manchester’s busy Deansgate. The moment you walk in to Revolución De Cuba it’s like you are transported from Manchester to an exotic destination. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our tables. Once seated, we were handed a glass of Prosecco which is always a plus with me. Our extremely attentive waiter Jermaine who cared for our every whim whilst we enjoyed our Bottomless Brunch handed us our menus to peruse.

As we looked through the menu we had chance to take in the great layout of the place, the vibrant decor and the fantastic band which had begun to play laid back South American grooves. D ordered the Spanish Omelette – A traditional Spanish tortilla – Chorizo and Morcilla sausages with egg, potato and spring onion topped with Manchego cheese and Avocado which he exclaimed was delicious and visually stunning. I had Heuvos Rancheros a flour tortilla topped with spiced black beans, tomatoes and mushroom. Finished with fried egg and a hit of spicy rum sauce, served with with crispy patatas this was a true taste sensation.

The food and atmosphere could not be faulted and the place was full of life and buzzing during our visit. To compliment our meal and included in the Bottomless Brunch unlimited cocktails ( within reason) Bloody Mary, Red Snapper, Mojito’s, selected beers and alcohol free cocktails not to mention the house specialty coffees certainly wash this delicious brunch down.

The Bottomless Brunch is £25 per head and runs from 12-2.00pm. It is definitely value for money!
