Help: Beautify Skin review

I love to try anything that promises to beautify me, so when I was given* some Help: Beautify Skin, £22.94, to try I was really pleased!

Help: Beautify Skin review
Help: Beautify skin is a type of supplement that contains collagen, aloe extract, resveratrol and CoEnzyme Q10. It comes as a tube of jelly which is ready to eat. The good thing about the supplement is that each dosage is individually wrapped so you can grab one and stick it in your handbag for later.
The one I tried was apple flavour, and it was really tasty. You can have one or two packets each day, but I decided to go with one per day so that I could be beautified for longer!
This is what I looked like before I started taking them. I had problems with large pores and an uneven skin tone. The photo may seem a little dark as I have deliberately not edited it so that you can see the full effects.

It’s free from artificial colours and flavours and fine to use if you’re on a calorie controlled diet (like I keep attempting to be on). In fact, it contains less than 4 calories per serving!
Here’s what I looked like after a month, again, no editing of the photo has been done.

I think there’s a noticeable difference between the two. My enlarged pores are almost invisible and my skin tone is much more even. I’d even go as far as saying I look a bit younger because it’s made my skin loo a lot smoother. I’m not usually a spotty person, but you can also see that my complexion has cleared up in my chin area too. Winner!
It’s a definite thumbs up from me and I think I’ll be buying myself some so I keep up the beautification ready for my wedding later this year!
There are a couple of things you need to know: this product is a food supplement, not a meal replacement, so use it alongside a balanced diet. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, always check with your GP before taking the supplement (that advice goes for all supplements and medications really).
All in all, I’m really glad I tried this and I think it’s made a real difference to my skin!
